13 - Combinations of coronary anastomoses (part 2): grafting marginal and left ventricular branches

Here we present the combination between classical side to side anastomosis and a classical end to side anastomosis designed to revascularize the marginal artery and the left retroventricular branch. The graft route needs to be harmoniously S-shaped when resorting to two classical anastomoses. This requires important mammary length.
